Is it only possible to order online, or are there other ordering options?
It is only possible to order online from our e-shop, as we do not have a store.
How do I find out the status of my order?
You can check the order status in your customer account under "Orders".
If you placed your order as a non-registered customer, this service is not available to you.
In any case, you will receive an order confirmation as well as a shipment confirmation by e-mail.
How can I cancel my order?
For technical reasons, cancellation of the order is possible only in the case of creating an order with payment by "bank transfer".
Alternatively, the goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Can I subsequently change/modify my order?
For technical reasons, changing the order is only possible only in the case creating an order with payment by "bank transfer" and only until the payment is received, or if the order is waiting for the ordered items to be restocked (does not apply to Paypal orders).
In case of availability of all ordered items, the order is immediately forwarded for processing and it is not possible to change or modify it. We ask for your understanding.
When will my order be shipped?
With standard delivery, your shipment should be delivered usually from 3-6 working days within Slovakia and the Czech Republic. For other countries, under normal circumstances, the shipment should be delivered within 2 weeks.
Due to the ongoing restrictions caused by the pandemic, the delivery time may be slightly longer. Therefore, we ask you for a little patience. The customer can check the exact status of the order in his customer account in the "Orders" section.
Please note that this information does not apply to customers who are not registered (do not have a customer account).
Has my order been shipped yet?
You can check the order status in your customer account under "Orders".
If you placed your order as a non-registered customer, this service is not available to you.
However, in any case, you will receive a confirmation of shipment from us by e-mail together with the tracking number of the shipment.
Why is it not possible to track my shipment after entering the tracking number?
The shipment can be tracked on the website of the Slovak Post 2-3 working days after it has been dispatched.
If the shipment is not delivered to you within 14 days, contact Slovak Post or our customer service.
Can I subsequently change my shipping or billing address?

Of course, we will deliver your order to any address. However, the desired delivery address must be specified during the order process.
How much does the shipping costs?
The cost of postage varies depending on the country to which we send the shipment. You can find the current postage price list here.
How will my order be delivered?
Our packages are sent from our warehouse in the Slovak Republic via Slovak Post.
Until when is it possible to return goods from my order?
The goods can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of your shipment.
What should I do if my goods are damaged?
In this case, contact our customer support at contact@imp-shop.online and we will solve the problem together.
How can I pay for the order?
You will receive the details for payment by bank transfer from us in the order confirmation. It usually takes 2-3 working days to credit the payment. Subsequently, the order is forwarded for processing.
Online card payment is simple and safe, as all data entered online is protected and encrypted via SSL. When paying by card, it is necessary to enter the name and surname of the cardholder, card number, expiry date and security code CVV2 / CVC2 from the back of the card. The maximum amount of the order when paying by card is €1,000.
This is a convenient online payment method. Free registration to the PayPal payment system is required to use this service.
How do I know that you have received my payment?
Please keep in mind that crediting the payment by bank transfer usually takes 2-3 working days.
We will inform you about the receipt of payment by a separate e-mail. Subsequently, the order will be processed and sent.
Where can I find the invoice for my order?
The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail on the day your order is sent and at the same time, together with the return form, you will find it packed directly in the shipment.
How do I create my own IMP account?
Creating your own account in IMP is very easy. Just register by entering a valid email address and password. This will give you an overview of your orders.
How can I change my password and personal data?
You can change your personal data and password after logging into the IMP account in "Account settings".
Forgot your password?
No problem, click on the "Forgot your password?" link. After entering your e-mail address, we will send you an e-mail with a link to reset your password. This link is available for 30 minutes.
Where can I find my orders?
You can find an overview of your orders after logging into your IMP account by clicking on the "Orders" link.
How do I cancel my customer account?
You can cancel your IMP customer account after logging in, in "Account settings", by clicking on the "Cancel account" link.
